In effort to support our customers even after the warranty has expired we have developed a Customer Loyalty Program.

If your Splitvolt Charger stopped working and is no longer covered by your Standard Limited Warranty or Splitvolt’s Extended Warranty Plan, you may be eligible for a Splitvolt Customer Loyalty discount.

  • Splitvolt Customer Loyalty discount for United states (excluding Puerto Rico, Alaska and Hawaii)

    • Open a support case with us at www.splitvolt.com/help

    • Provide your original receipt and let us know of your issue, so we may qualify you for this program.

    • We will provide a shipping label to return the effected charger (EVSE).

    • Once Item is received and confirmed. We will provide a $100 discount code that works on our website (splitvolt.com) towards a new charger.

  • Splitvolt Customer Loyalty discount for Canada, Puerto Rico, Alaska and Hawaii

    • Open a support case with us at www.splitvolt.com/help

    • Provide your original receipt and let us know of your issue, so we may qualify you for this program.

    • Customer will return the effected charger (EVSE).

    • Once Item is received and confirmed. We will provide a $100 discount code to be used on our website (Splitvolt.com) towards a new charger.
