Charging Recommendation for Volvo

Electric Volvos such as the XC40 allows the car to set the charging speed.

For level 2 charging it can go from 6 amps to 48 amps.

Charging speed can be set in your centre display. To adjust the charging amp limit, click the gear icon on the center touchscreen > select Charging > press the plus or minus sign to change the amperage limit for charging. Just make sure to set it to 24 amps or less for charging on a dryer circuit.

Since Volvos allows charge rate adjustment from the car, just like Teslas, all Splitvolt splitter switch models and Splitvolt charging cables could be used. Your needs depend on
