Splitvolt Splitter Switch Out of Warranty return and Exchange

In our ongoing commitment to assist our customers beyond the warranty period, we have introduced an Out-of-Warranty Return and Exchange Program. This initiative underscores our dedication to environmental sustainability by preventing defective units from ending up in landfills.

If your Splitvolt Splitter Switch is no longer covered by the Standard Limited Warranty or Splitvolt’s Extended Warranty Plan, you may qualify for out-of-warranty service for a fee. Please note that the costs associated with this program apply exclusively to replacements conducted by Splitvolt and are subject to change upon inspection.

Our Out-of-Warranty Return and Exchange Program are applicable in the United States ONLY (excluding Puerto Rico, Alaska, and Hawaii) and pertain specifically to the Splitvolt Splitter Switch product manufactured since 2021. This program is priced at $175, covering:

  • Shipping of the unit both ways

  • Inspection

  • Exchange for a refurbished unit

Be aware that if a unit has incurred physical damage by the owner, it may not meet the criteria for this program. Following inspection, Splitvolt will dispatch a refurbished unit as a replacement or extend a $200 discount towards a new unit. Please note that a refurbished unit carries a 90-day warranty.

For those not interested in our out-of-warranty exchange program, we express our gratitude for your continued support by offering a $50 discount towards the purchase of a new unit.
